The Road Home

I got my new passport in the mail today.  I am now all legal everywhere.  Cool!  Still have to get the kids' passports, but that involves getting the ex to come with us.

Anyway, they mailed back my name change form and my birth certificate, but did NOT send me back my surgeon's letter.  Maybe because it was a copy?  I told the guy I wanted to give him a copy because it was the only letter I had, so he copied it for me.  I was curious if that's why they kept it or if they keep all surgeon's letters.

Off to another exciting night in the ER.  Oh, the insanity.
